We have extensive experience in sales and marketing of income properties and we are more than qualified to help our clients with property valuations, sales, purchases and 1031 exchanges.

OUR TEAM

Randy Hutchison is the Principle Broker and President of OAR Property Management, LLC. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. With over 9 years of commercial real estate experience, Randy has been involved with most aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, tenant representation, property sales and property management.

Claudia Schmieley is the operations manager for OAR Property Management, LLC. She has worked in the property management field with companies such as Trammell Crow, Landar Corporation, and Greystar Management. She has over 10 years experience in marketing, tenant relations, facilities management, financial reporting and owner relations.
